Yes, you do! You may have your own logo which you can upload to your rental website through your admin. If you do not have one we can create one for you at a fee. Please contact our sales team if you have such a request.

Yes, we do! We take a lot of measures and precautions to keep your rental website safe and our service up and running. Regular backups is one of them, but this is nothing you should worry about.
Yes, you can! You may contact our support team, and ask for an export of your website’s contents, ie pages, posts, rentals, images. This will be a WordPress compatible export.
No, you cannot! BnbArk is provided as an integrated service and therefore you cannot simply take a backup of your website. If this is something you do want, then you may contact our sales team, explain your request and get a custom quote for an independently hosted website.
No, you don’t! BnbArk is provided as an integrated service and therefore you only interact with it through its website (bnbark.com) and your rental website dashboard. You do not have access to the server, its files nor its control panel. You only need to worry about your rentals and your bookings. We do the rest!
